Locating Sgt. Winter’s Naughty or Nice List Files
When tasked
with finding the secret files, players will be directed to Foxy Floodgates. However, the files are not on the bridge as indicated by the marker—they’re hidden below it. Here’s how to locate them:
Accessing the Files Under the Bridge
Northern Wall Pipes:
On the northern side of the dam, players can spot two large pipes.
These serve as alternative entrances to the tunnels. Drop down to the lower level, break the gates blocking the pipe entrances with a pickaxe, and head inside.
If entering through the eastern pipe, turn right.
If entering through the western pipe, turn left.
The files are situated between these two pipe entrances.
Southeastern Passage:
Another way to reach the files is via the southeastern part of the bridge. On the bridge, look for a small station. Inside, jump over the railing to access a lower level.
Once there, turn a corner to find a locked gate blocking the dam tunnels. Use your pickaxe to break the gate and proceed.
Slide down to the lowest level and search for the files between two wedges on the wall.
Completing the Quest
After locating the files, players must interact with them three times to finish the first stage of the quest. A follow-up task will then prompt them to check the list again.
