優秀的人都具備的兩個特質

我曾經與全球領先的諮詢公司員工進行過交談，針對“公司需要什麼樣的人才”進行了探討。最後得出的結論是，公司需要的是可以將“自我主張的頑固”和“接納對方的靈活”平衡的人。　
　　也就是說，一個人如果同時擁有普通與特別兩種特質，一定是很好的事情。這兩種特質讓他既能在團隊中與其他人共事，也能有不向任何人服輸的精神。
這種人能夠根據實際情況，參與團隊合作或獨立工作。一個人是不能進行溝通的。用那位人事工作者的話來說，公司想要的是“善於接拋球”的人才。
