　　老總接著解釋道：“什麼叫能耐？就是有能力而又能忍耐，才叫有能耐！你有忍耐力嗎？你們部門多次的技術攻關會，我都參加了。一個有能耐的人，應該既有能力又能忍耐，既能獨立戰鬥，更能與大家親密協作共同攻關。
我很欣賞你的能力，希望你能認真考慮一下，看看能不能繼續留下來和大家一起工作……”聽了老總的話，董軍的臉一下子紅了，他收回了辭職書。老總欣慰地笑了，站起身，親切地拍了拍董軍的肩膀：“要相信，一個有能力的人遲早會得到重用的。”
