我所理解的慢

伊朗電影《何處是我朋友的家》中，一個8歲的小男孩要把作業本還給隔壁村的朋友。他像無頭蒼蠅一樣胡亂打聽，過程中遇到很多人。
　　男孩遇到一個做鐵門的，他像影片裏所有成年人一樣忙碌，對小男孩的燃眉之急完全無感，他一直絮絮叨叨地感慨自己的事業；小男孩又遇到一個做木門的老匠人，也是說個沒完。他們自然都沒空兒理小男孩。那個夜晚，小男孩在那條山路上反復跑了幾次，最後依然沒有找到朋友的家。
　　看到這裏，我莫名覺得自己與那兩個做門的人很像。我們都很忙，很著急，很難從自己的事情裏面跳出來。我們仨沒有區別。
　　不知是不是因為這種被誇大的忙碌，我的生活總處在某種急躁之中，仿佛幾分鐘的時間都不容浪費。韓國奇力片

　　比如說喝茶。我雖然像每個潮州人一樣很愛喝工夫茶，但總覺得沖工夫茶太慢，所以總是沖一大杯放在寫字臺上。但如果茶冷了，不是重新沖一杯，而是拿去微波加熱，同樣是為了快。
　　很多潮州人告訴我，喝茶，喝的就是一個“慢”字。喝茶時最享受的並不是茶本身，而是沖茶的過程。
　　吾鄉的茶道就講究一個“慢”字，比如開水不能直接淋到茶葉上面，而是要順著杯沿兒慢慢注入，這叫“不要撞破茶膽”；要用3個小杯輪流喝，每次喝完都要洗杯；還有更講究的，要用橄欖核來燒火，那樣火勢才能不急不緩；裝水的壺不能用瓷壺，要用陶壺，這樣傳熱慢；另外，取了水之後，還要放一放沉澱一下，仿佛擔心水跑了遠路心跳太急，要讓它平靜一下心情似的。法國綠騎士
